We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship, materials, and designs. Because customer satisfaction remains our highest priority, we offer a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects or workmanship issues.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, improper handling, accidental damage, or misuse of any kind.

The warranty applies exclusively to rosaries.

Once your order has been placed, our team will contact you by phone to confirm your order details and the items selected in your cart. This step helps us avoid any errors and ensures your order is prepared and delivered exactly as expected.

In certain cases, we may request a non-refundable 25% deposit prior to processing your order. This may apply during peak seasons, for limited or low-stock items, or for deliveries to specific shipping locations.

Refund requests may be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. In such cases, a deduction of 25% of the item value, in addition to twice the shipping fees, will apply.

After the 3-day period, orders become non-refundable.

Exchange requests may be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that a 15% exchange fee of the purchased item, in addition to one shipping fee, will apply.
